Pentecost story

I have  been reading about Pentecost and this is the story i wrote.
Pentecost story

Jesus had rose from the dead and promised us a gift the holy spirit and once it comes go out and spread the word of my father our god, then he ascended to heaven through a gap in the clouds  Later the disciples were praying in the parish, when a huge gust of wind came in through the windows everyone was terrified, but when the flames on peoples heads started to feel the presents of god. When they all went outside they could hear everyone talking in different languages but they could understand everyone. One of the disciples got on a seat and told everyone about the holy spirit everyone listened and helped spread the word of god to the ends of the earth.

    Awesome work Archie. I can see you understand the story really well. Good work on the capital letters and fullstops. Normally when we write God and the Holy Spirit we use capital letters. Thanks for remembering to put the WALT at the top. Great job.

    Thanks for a great post Archie about the events of Pentecost. You show a good understanding. I agree with Mrs Rooneys comments about how special the words God and Holy Spirit are and that we need to remember to show this by making sure they have a capital letter always.
