Swimming sensation

NBC hae been going to QE two for swimming lessons.

my goal is to kick at 5km a hour in backstroke. In the

end got a bit  faster than my goal at 5.5km a hour in

twenty minutesthe next day.I completed my goal by

my legs inand out of the water as fast as I could. I

found doing it with a sore toe was tricky.

Learning about robotics

In math we have been learning about how to simplify

fake coding robots (who are actually humans)

F- forward

B- back

L- left quarter turn

R- right quarter turn

PU- pick up

PD- put down

We learnt Robotics are more complicated than

we thought. Robotics take lot of practice and skill.

Most of the time robots take up to a year to build.

We had a guy called Matthew Young who came into

our class to teach us about robots and how

complicated they are.My favourite one is the side

driving mini car it can drive sideways without moving

its body.

Do you know anything about robotics?

Te Wiki te Reo Māori

I have been leaning the Māori insects translated to english.

In class we read the book He aha tēnei (What is this), it was all about the bugs you

can find in your back garden. I like leaning different maori kupu.(word.)

What words kupu do you  know?
